Bridging Families

Intake Fee: $75.00 Per Adult / Parent

• Required for all services.
• Each adult / parent is scheduled separately.
• The intake meeting is used to review court orders, safety concerns, service expectations, policies, scheduling needs, and next steps.
• Each intake meeting is approximately 60 minutes.

Supervised Visitation: $75.00 Per Hour

• Base supervised visitation rate: $75.00 per hour.
• Minimum 2 hours.
• $25.00 per additional child, up to a maximum of 4 children.
• Arrival, security screening, staging, transitions, and departure procedures may be included in the scheduled service window when required for safety or logistics.

On-Site Supervised Visitation

• Supervised visitation rate: $75.00 per hour.
• Additional on-site facility fee: $45.00 per hour.
• Minimum 2 hours.

Off-Site Supervised Visitation

• Supervised visitation rate: $75.00 per hour.
• Minimum 2 hours.
• Mileage / travel fee begins at $15.00 each direction within 10 miles.
• For locations more than 10 miles away, the rate is $25.00 each direction for up to 30 miles.
• For locations more than 30 miles away, the rate is $45.00 each direction for up to 60 miles.
• Locations beyond 60 miles are reviewed and priced by the Provider based on availability, distance, travel time, and case needs.
• Mileage is determined from the Gilroy Center address to and from the visit location.

Detailed Reports: $75.00 Per Visit Covered

• Hourly supervision fees cover live observation and internal note-taking.
• Internal notes are not released unless required by the court, authorized under agency policy, or otherwise legally required.
• Bridging Families charges $75.00 per visit covered when preparing any written report.
• This rate applies to individual session reports and progress summaries that consolidate multiple visits.
• The fee reflects the time required to review observation notes for each session and prepare an accurate, professional, court-compliant document.

Example:
A progress summary covering four visits would be billed as:
4 × $75.00 = $300.00

• Report requests should be submitted at least 7–10 calendar days before a court date.
• Reports summarizing multiple visits, or requiring a formal declaration for court, should be requested at least 10–14 calendar days before the court date.
• Rush requests may not be accepted. If accepted, rush requests may be subject to an additional fee based on urgency and complexity.
• Reports are prepared from observation notes recorded during each session and are intended to reflect neutral, factual documentation consistent with California Family Code §3200.5 and Judicial Council Standard 5.20.

Supervised Visitation Cancellation Fee

• Cancellations in non-emergency situations may be billed at the hourly rate.
• A cancellation fee may be charged if a scheduled supervised visitation is not cancelled with at least 24 hours’ advance notice.
• If either party is a “No Show,” the fee is 100% of the scheduled visit and must be paid before the next visit is scheduled.
• Exceptions may be considered for illness, injury, or emergency with documentation acceptable to the Provider.

On-Site Exchange Services: $75.00 Per Child

• This rate applies to monitored exchange services conducted at the on-site location with the cooperation of both parties.
• Exchange services are intended to reduce direct contact between parties and support safe, structured custody transitions.

Off-Site Exchange Services: $75.00 Plus Mileage Per Child

• $75.00 base rate per child.
• $25.00 per additional child, up to a maximum of 4 children.
• This rate applies to off-site exchange services, including transporting children to and from exchanges, visitation, or other approved locations when appropriate.
• Mileage / travel fee begins at $15.00 each direction within 10 miles.
• For locations more than 10 miles away, the rate is $25.00 each direction for up to 30 miles.
• For locations more than 30 miles away, the rate is $45.00 each direction for up to 60 miles.
• Locations beyond 60 miles are reviewed and priced by the Provider.
• Mileage is determined from the Gilroy Center address to and from the exchange location.

Provider Court Appearance: $500.00 Per Day

• Daily rate for Provider subpoena, court appearance, testimony, or required attendance.
• Additional fees may apply for preparation, records review, travel, waiting time, or document production depending on the request and applicable legal requirements.

Virtual Supervised Visitation: $75.00 Per Hour

• Virtual supervised visitation may be conducted using Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or another approved platform.
• Availability depends on case circumstances, court order language, safety considerations, and provider approval.

Supervised Phone Call

• Supervised phone call hourly rate: $75.00 per hour.
• 30-minute supervised phone call: $50.00.
• Calls are monitored for appropriate communication, compliance, and child-centered interaction.

Holiday Rate and Pricing

• Services scheduled on major holidays and holiday weekends are billed at 1.5 times the standard service rate.
• Holiday availability is limited.
• Applicable holiday pricing will be confirmed before booking.
